Brookes Snow

Greetings young padawan. Did you click to get here? You clicked correct! We are one of the biggest societies in your favourite university. We are rowdy, colourful and most of all.. We are the most humble, loving family you ever did meet. WE.. Are Oxford Brookes Snow Sports, otherwise known as Brookes Snow.

 

This gnarly society has been running since the year 2001, gaining more prestige each year than your Call of Duty account. Our society runs socials regularly throughout the year to make sure you become a part of our culture. In the past we have run socials with themes including “Anything but Clothes”, “Fresh Prince of Bel Air” and even an after-hours Pyjama party in a children’s playpen (With alcohol allowed). We’re a quirky bunch who take on the Alps every January with 700 of our members. We ski hard and party harder.

 

For those beginners out there we hold a load of options for you. We make sure we have regular lessons for both skiers and snowboarders at MK and/or Hemel Hempstead to get you prepared before trip. We widely encourage competitors to compete for our Brookes race and freestyle teams. Brookes Snow travels to Gloucester for freestyle and race sessions to harness your skills or try something new with professional coaching along the way. We compete at all the national inter-university competitions and would love anyone to represent us no matter what your level. We’re all about the taking part and having a basket full of fun.
